JSW Energy to Acquire Tidong Power for Rs 1,728 Crore

JSW Neo Energy, a subsidiary of JSW Energy, has signed an agreement with Statkraft IH Holding to acquire 100 percent equity in Tidong Power Generation for Rs 1,728 crore. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
