JSW Group Signs MoU with POSCO to Develop Steel Plant and Explore Renewable Energy Collaboration

JSW Group, one of Indias leading conglomerates, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korea’s POSCO Group to collaborate in the steel, battery materials, and renewable energy sectors. The agreement includes plans to establish an integrated steel plant with an initial capacity of 5 million tonnes per annum and explores cooperation in developing battery materials and renewable energy projects, aligning with India’s rapid economic growth and sustainable development goals.
