JSW Neo Energy Secures Award for Major Solar and Storage Project

JSW Neo Energy Limited

JSW Neo Energy Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to develop a 500 MW interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected solar power project, along with a 250 MW / 500 MWh energy storage system. This project is part of a competitive bid for 1,200 MW of ISTS-connected solar projects with 600 MW / 1,200 MWh of energy storage under Tranche XV. With this award, JSW Neo Energy’s total generation capacity reaches 16.0 GW, with 4.2 GWh of energy storage capacity.
