Kalaignar Convention Centre to Rise in Muttukadu

Public Works Department will develop the construction of the Kalaignar International Convention Centre at Survey No. 82/2A2, 82/2B2, and 97/3, located in Muttukadu village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu. The convention centre will span an area of 1,48,454 sq.m, with a built-up area of 47,658 sq.m. The project will include exhibition halls, a convention centre, banquet halls, an auditorium, VIP lounge, service areas, dining spaces (both indoor and outdoor), storage areas, a mother-feeding room, car parking, and recreational open spaces.
