The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has announced a 772-acre housing project near the ITIR in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, to address rising residential demand. The project will include residential plots, affordable housing, and supporting infrastructure like roads, water supply, and sanitation. Land acquisition is proposed across five villages in Kundana hobli, covering Vishwanathapura, Vajarahalli, Beerasandra, Shanappanahalli, and Managondanahalli. A formal acquisition notification will be issued soon, marking a scaled-down initiative after a previously scrapped 1,777-acre proposal.
