Kumaraswamy Ispat to Set Up Sponge Iron Unit in Bellary
Kumara Swamy Ispat Private Limited
Kumaraswamy Ispat has proposed the establishment of a sponge iron manufacturing plant with a capacity of 2×100 TPD, along with an 8 MW captive power plant. The power generation will be split between 4 MW from Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) and 4 MW from Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC). The project will be located at Survey Nos. 389B, 401, 402, 407, and 408 in Halkundi Village, Bellary Taluk and District, Karnataka.
