Lucknow Development Authority is developing the 1,084-hectare Naimish Nagar model township along Sitapur Road to accommodate 3 lakh residents. Estimated land acquisition cost is Rs. 4,785 crore. The township will feature residential, commercial, and public infrastructure, with upgrades to drainage, schools, hospitals, parks, and waste management systems, boosting regional investment and employment.
