Lodha Plans 3 GW Data Center Park at Palava Township

Lodha Developers (Macrotech) is developing India’s largest 3 GW data center park across 400 acres at its Palava township, representing a combined ecosystem investment of ₹1.3 lakh crore ($15.6 billion) in partnership with anchor tenants AWS and ST Telemedia. By leveraging Maharashtra’s Green Integrated Data Centre Park policy and “shovel-ready” infrastructure, the project achieves a 15% CAPEX reduction and offers highly competitive power costs of approximately $0.06 per kWh (roughly ₹5.00/kWh).
