Adani Group’s Terravista Developers Acquires Land for Data Center in Pune

Terravista Developers, a company within the Adani Group, has secured leasehold rights to a 25-acre land parcel in Pune’s Haveli locality for approximately Rs 471 crore from Finolex Industries. The acquisition is part of plans to develop a large data center on the site. AdaniConneX, the Adani Group’s data center business, is managed through a joint venture between Adani Enterprises and US-based global hyperscale data center provider EdgeConneX.
