Lulu International Shopping Malls has proposed the expansion of its existing commercial complex, which includes retail, restaurant, multiplex, and MLCP components, on a 3.5201-hectare site. The total built-up area after expansion will be 60,481.46 sqm, combining 29,837.07 sqm of existing development with an additional 30,644.39 sqm.
