MAIA Estates raising Rs. 120 crore to build luxury Bengaluru towers

MAIA Estates has secured Rs. 120 crore from investment firm Arnya to develop “The Seven,” a luxury residential project in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru. The project comprises twin 36-storey towers totalling six lakh sq. ft., featuring large-format residences with sky decks, wellness amenities, and nature-integrated architectural design. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and conclude by 2029. The development expands Bengaluru’s high-end residential infrastructure and contributes to the city’s evolving premium housing landscape.
