Mangaluru City Corporation Considers Land Acquisition for Road Development to District Court

The Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) contemplates acquiring land to widen the KS Rao Road-Court Complex Road, connecting KS Rao Road to the district court complex. In response to requests, the MCC is exploring the possibility of securing additional land through transferable development rights (TDR) for road expansion. This strategic move aims to enhance connectivity and facilitate smoother access to the district court complex, improving overall transportation infrastructure in Mangaluru.
