Manipal Health Acquires Andheri Hospital Site for ?495 Crore

Manipal Health Enterprises has purchased a hospital property in Andheri East, Mumbai, for ?495 crore as part of a multi-tranche transaction valued at ?908 crore. The acquisition consists of a 0.19-acre land parcel and an operational hospital building featuring a built-up area of nearly 2.22 lakh sq ft. This follows an initial asset purchase of a 2.62-acre primary hospital parcel in 2024 for ?413 crore from a consortium of private developers to scale its tertiary care infrastructure.
