Marathon launches new Neohomes residential towers expanding Mumbai housing supply

Marathon Nextgen Realty has launched three residential towers in Bhandup, Mumbai, adding 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of development with a gross value of Rs. 370 crore. The project contributes one lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area within the 6.5-acre Neo Park layout. Equipped with landscaped terraces, fitness areas, and children’s amenities, the development expands modern housing stock and strengthens residential infrastructure in Mumbai’s eastern corridor.
