MoRTH Allocates Rs 1,346.81 Crore for NH-716 Expansion Project

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has approved an allocation of Rs 1,346.81 crore for the expansion project of the existing two-lane paved shoulder on National Highway-716. Spanning from the Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh border to Puttur, covering a distance of 20.03 km, the project aims to upgrade the highway to a four-lane configuration with paved shoulders.
