Nashik to Invest ?750 Crore in Water Supply Network Upgrade

Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC)

Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) plans to enhance the city’s water supply network over the next two years, investing around Rs.750 crore. The project involves laying 350 km of water pipelines, including replacing 175 km of 20-30-year-old pipes and installing 175-200 km of new pipelines in developing city areas. Tenders have already been issued for replacing old pipelines and laying new ones on the city’s outskirts, with an estimated cost of ?300 crore for this phase.
