NB Palm Realty invests Rs. 350 crore in Ahmedabad project

NB Palm Realty will invest Rs. 350 crore in a luxury residential project “NB Palm” in Ahmedabad. Spread over 6,300 sq. yards, the project will feature 136 premium apartments. Funded primarily through internal accruals, the development marks expansion into high-end housing and aims to cater to growing demand in Gujarat’s premium residential segment.
