NGEAL Invites Bids for 25MW/100MWh Battery Energy Storage System in Assam

The New and Green Energy of Assam (NGEAL) has invited bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of a 25MW/100MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the 400 kV Kurkurmara (Mirza) grid substation in Kamrup district, Assam. The deadline for bid submission is November 25, 2024, with the bids scheduled to be opened on November 26. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months, with an additional 12 years of operation and maintenance services included in the scope of work.
