Noida Authority Office Complex in Sector-96 Nearing Completion

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA)

The Noida Authority’s new administrative complex in Sector-96 is expected to be completed by September 2025. Initially sanctioned at Rs. 304 crore, the project cost has escalated to Rs. 390 crore due to retrofitting and design enhancements. Spanning six acres, it includes an 18-storey commercial tower and an eight-storey office block. With 95% of civil and 90% of electrical works finished, the long-delayed development is on track for inauguration later this year.
