Northern Railway invites bids for Rs 146.76 crore rail-cum-road bridge over Ganga River

Northern Railway has invited bids for constructing a new rail-cum-road bridge over the Ganga River between Ganga Bridge and Block Hut B in Lucknow Division. The Rs 146.76 crore project, part of the Varanasi–Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya multitracking initiative, includes earthworks, laying blanketing material, constructing road under bridges, retaining walls, and extending minor bridges. The completion is targeted in 24 months. The last date for bid submission is 10 June, 2025.
