PFC tenders ISTS for 3 GW renewable integration

PFC Consulting has issued a tender to develop an Interstate Transmission System for evacuating 3 GW renewable energy from Ananthapuram REZ. The project includes 765/400/220 kV infrastructure, a ±300 MVAR STATCOM, and a 765 kV D/C transmission line. Executed on a BOOT basis with 35-year O&M, the project has a 36-month timeline, with bids due by 04 May 2026.
