PM Modi Inaugurates Water Supply Projects Worth ?855 Crore, Enhancing Distribution in Bhiwandi, Kalyan, and Ulhasnagar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated three significant water supply projects collectively valued at ?855 crore in Bhiwandi, Kalyan, and Ulhasnagar. These projects aim to fortify water distribution networks and extend new connections to residents. The allocated funds include ?303 crore for Kalyan Dombivli, focusing on 10 reservoirs and distribution system enhancement, ?426 crore for Bhiwandi, providing 100 MLD under the Amrut 2.0 scheme, and ?126 crore for Ulhasnagar, involving the construction of reservoirs and extensive water pipe installation. The initiatives align with the government’s commitment to improving water infrastructure for these regions.
