PMRDA begins feasibility study for Pune twin tunnel

Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA)

PMRDA has initiated a feasibility study for a 20-km double-decker twin tunnel between Yerawada and Katraj in Pune. The project aims to decongest the city center by providing an alternative route connecting regional roads. The study will evaluate the tunnel’s technical, financial, and economic viability and is expected to be completed within three months.
