Prestige Falcon Mumbai Realty has sought environmental clearance and CRZ approval for redevelopment of Worli Shivshahi CHS Ltd. and Shivprerana CHS Ltd. on MHADA plots C.S. Nos. 998 (pt.) and 999 (pt.), along with proposed SRA redevelopment for Shivaji Nagar CHS (Prop.) and Shree Krushna CHS (Prop.) on C.S. Nos. 1008 and 778–780 (pt.) at Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai. The project completion is targeted by May 2034.
