Rajasthan Cabinet Approves Kota Greenfield Airport and Jaipur Aerocity Projects

The Rajasthan State Cabinet has approved the construction of a Greenfield airport in Kota, planned at Shambupura village in Bundi district. The airport, to be built by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), will be located approximately 15 kilometers from Kota, 20 kilometers from Bundi, and 50 kilometers from Rawatbhata in Rajasthan, India. Additionally, the cabinet also approved an aerocity project in Jaipur. These developments are expected to significantly enhance regional connectivity and boost economic activities in the state.
