Agnel developers have proposed redevelopment for EWS & MHADA at Pant nagar, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The project has received EC from SEIAA vide letter no. SEIAA-EC-0000000368 on dtd. 3rd January 2012 and the same is revalidated vide letter no. SEIAA 2019/CR.102/SEIAA; dtd. 21.05.2019. Again, project received EC on dt 31.03.2020. In this meeting the project was appraised for the total gross construction area 1,35,675.76 Sq.m (89,978.57 Sq.m+ 45,697.19 Sq.m) but as per approved IOD the EC received for the total gross construction area is 52,000 Sq.m (32,318.0+ 19,682.0). The Project Proponent have proposed further release of EC.
