An amendment has been proposed for the residential and commercial building construction project Karnavati Apartment-8 located at Survey No. 474/2, S.P. No. 2, F.P. No. 13, T.P.S. No. 58, Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The built-up area has been revised from 33,553.33 sq. m to 33,340.17 sq. m, solar power generation capacity from 45 KW to 98 KW, residential units from 250 (150 – 3BHK and 100 – 2BHK) to 307 (52 – 3BHK and 250 – 2BHK), D.G. sets from 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA, and FSI area from 20,238.61 sq. m to 20,268.75 sq. m.
