Srikakulam-Angul Gas Pipeline Project Nearing Completion

GAIL is executing the Srikakulam-Angul natural gas pipeline project, featuring a 422 km mainline and a 322 km spurline. Mechanical work on the mainline is complete and commissioning is in progress, while 252 km of the spurline has been laid. The project is scheduled for full completion by December 2025. It will enable gas transport of up to 5 mmscmd from Srikakulam to Brahmpur and 4.5 mmscmd from Brahmpur to Angul, linking APGDC’s Kakinada-Srikakulam and GAIL’s Jagdishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra pipelines.
