Rushikonda Beach Resorts has proposed development of a star hotel-cum-resort and commercial complex at Rushikonda on a site area of 2.485 ha with a built-up area of 94,104 sq m in Phase I. The project will include hotel rooms, restaurants, mini ballrooms, banquet hall, lobbies, office spaces, retail areas, and parking facilities. Environmental clearance is sought for the proposed development.
