Sumadhura Capitol Towers, previously granted environmental clearance for an office building with a built-up area (BUA) of 1,56,206.47 sq.m. (Application No. SEIAA 153 CON 2019, dated 04/09/2020), is now expanding and modifying the project to include residential apartments. The expansion will add a residential building and clubhouse with a BUA of 90,353.32 sq.m., comprising 405 units, increasing the total BUA from 1,56,206.47 sq.m. to 2,46,559.79 sq.m.
