Tata Power to develop transmission SPV project

Tata Power has received LoI to acquire a transmission SPV for developing a 115 km 400 kV double-circuit line between Jejuri and Hinjewadi. The BOOT-based project includes GIS bay extensions and carries annual transmission charges of Rs. 155.78 crore, strengthening regional power infrastructure.
