Technopark to Build 8.5 Lakh Sq. Ft. IT Tower

Electronics Technology Park Kerala (Technopark)

Technopark plans to undertake construction of the first IT office building under the QUAD integrated IT micro-township at Technopark Phase IV, Thiruvananthapuram. Spanning 8.5 lakh sq. ft. across nine floors and two basements, the facility will feature modern office spaces, rooftop cafeteria, and advanced utilities. Designed for IGBC Gold Rating, it includes robotic cleaning, BMS, DG backup, water recycling, and parking for over 800 vehicles. Bids were recently invited in this regard.
