JSW Steel Coated Products has proposed manufacturing of tin-coated plates with an installed capacity of approximately 420 MT per day (about 150,000 MT per annum), a cold rolling facility to produce about 330 MT per day of CR coils for captive consumption, and colour-coated sheets, coils and strips with an installed capacity of about 870 MT per day (approximately 315,000 MT per annum). The project is located at Village Beopror, near Shambhu, G.T. Road, Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala, Punjab, and is part of the environmental clearance process.
