Vanya Steels to Set Up Waste-to-Energy Plant in Koppal

Vanya Steels, under the A-One Steel Group, is investing Rs.100 crore to develop a 10 MW waste-to-energy power plant at its manufacturing facility in Koppal, Karnataka. The project will employ Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) technology to harness industrial waste heat from steelmaking operations for clean power generation. Designed for captive use, the plant is expected to become operational soon.
