Yatharth Group Acquires Under-Construction 250-Bed Hospital in Gurugram

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited has acquired an under-construction 250-bed hospital facility in Sector 40, Gurugram, for a consideration of approximately ?100 crore. The company plans an additional outlay of ?100 crore to complete project construction and procure advanced medical equipment. The ultra-modern facility is strategically positioned in Central Gurugram to cater to tertiary and quaternary healthcare demand from domestic and international patients via its proximity to the IGI airport.
