HPCL issues tender for LMBU project works at Mumbai refinery

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has floated a tender for building works under its Lube Modernisation and Bottom Upgradation (LMBU) Project at the Mumbai Refinery, which currently operates at 9.5 MMTPA. The scope covers civil, structural, plumbing, HVAC, lift, electrical, and intelligent transport system works for multiple new buildings within the refinery premises. The project aims to enhance lube oil base stock capacity and upgrade infrastructure. Engineers India is the consultant. Bid submission deadline is 22 September 2025.
