IRB Infrastructure offers Gandeva–Ena expressway project to IRB InvIT Fund

IRB Infrastructure Developers has submitted a preliminary non-binding proposal to transfer its 27.5 km Gandeva–Ena highway project, valued at Rs 1,702 crore, to the IRB InvIT Fund. Implemented under NHAI’s Bharatmala Pariyojana by subsidiary VM7 Expressway, the eight-lane expressway forms part of the Delhi–Mumbai Greenfield Expressway. The move aligns with the company’s bid-execute-stabilise-transfer capital-unlocking strategy.
