IRB Infrastructure offers GandevaEna expressway project to IRB InvIT Fund

IRB Infrastructure Developers has submitted a preliminary non-binding proposal to transfer its 27.5 km GandevaEna highway project, valued at Rs 1,702 crore, to the IRB InvIT Fund. Implemented under NHAIs Bharatmala Pariyojana by subsidiary VM7 Expressway, the eight-lane expressway forms part of the DelhiMumbai Greenfield Expressway. The move aligns with the companys bid-execute-stabilise-transfer capital-unlocking strategy.
