A B Infrabuild has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) on 7 November 2025 for works related to the proposed 5th & 6th railway line project between CSMT and Kurla. The scope includes: (A) Construction of a new Island Platform Nos. 1 & 2 with platform roofing, construction of FOBs, skywalk, OHE booking office, installation of escalators and lifts, and dismantling of existing FOBs, COP, minor bridges, and other structures. (B) Construction of FOB at CSMT end (60×6 m) skywalk, a public FOB (60×12 m) on the north side of the proposed Sion ROB, platform with roof covering, toilet block, and dismantling of old booking office, FOB, and related structures at Sion.
