Tirupati Fibres & Industries is developing an affordable housing project under CM Jan Awas Yojana, Model No. 1C(ii) at Plot No. SP-1(A), RIICO Industrial Area (UD), Abu Road, District Sirohi, Rajasthan. The project is planned on a total plot area of 68,342.67 sq. m, of which 34,173.47 sq. m (50%) is reserved for EWS/LIG housing and 34,169.20 sq. m (50%) is earmarked for plotted development for the developer. The project will have a gross built-up area of 43,956.11 sq. m and comprise 369 units of 2 BHK LIG, 117 units of 3 BHK LIG, 135 units of 1 BHK EWS, along with a community centre and 42 commercial shops.
