Collins Aerospace opens USD 100 million advanced manufacturing facility in Bengaluru

Collins Aerospace has inaugurated a USD 100 million manufacturing facility at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru. Spread across 26 acres, the plant will produce aircraft components such as seats, sensors, cargo systems, evacuation slides, and lighting assemblies. Equipped with robotics, AI, and additive manufacturing, the facility will support over 70 product lines and employ more than 2,200 people by 2026. The investment forms part of Collins USD 250 million India expansion plan.
