DPA Launches Projects Worth Rs 193 Crore

The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has inaugurated and laid the foundation for multiple infrastructure projects worth Rs 193 crore at Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla. The initiatives include land reclamation for a shipyard, coastal road connectivity to NH-141, a dome-shaped storage godown, chemical pipeline works, residential quarters, and CSR facilities. Electric vehicle loaders and a green methanol facility were also inaugurated as part of sustainability initiatives.
