Godrej acquires Gurugram land for Rs. 4,500 crore project

Godrej Properties has acquired an 11.36-acre land parcel in Gurugram for approximately Rs. 1,000 crore for a residential project with revenue potential exceeding Rs. 4,500 crore. The acquisition, along with a recent Kolkata project, strengthens its development pipeline, increasing total future sales potential by over Rs. 40,000 crore in FY26.
