NMC Secures Rs 5 Crore for Proposed E-Bus Depot

Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC)

Nagpur Municipal Corporation has received Rs 5 crore in funding for its proposed electric bus depot, which will accommodate 100 electric buses and provide necessary charging facilities. The total cost of the e-depot is estimated at Rs 27 crore, with Rs 15 crore allocated under the National Clean Air Programme (N-CAP) and the remaining funding coming from the PM e-bus seva scheme.
