The Bhubaneswar Metro Rail Corporation has initiated survey work for the proposed Metro Railway in Bhubaneswar, focusing on the stretch from Vani Vihar to Sishu Bhawan Square. A collaborative effort involving officials from various departments including BMC, BDA, Smart City Limited, and utility providers like TPCODL, GAIL, and BSNL, the survey aims to assess infrastructure such as electricity poles, water pipes, telephone lines, and gas pipelines along the proposed metro station areas.
