The joint venture of Hindustan Construction Company Limited and Vensar Constructions Company Limited has secured a contract from Northeast Frontier Railway for balance construction of Tunnel Nos. 9, 11, 13 and 16 including cut-and-cover works, formation cutting, embankment, protection works and ancillary civil works in the PiphemaZubza railway section.
