Chennai Metro awards DPR contract for Phase 2 property development

Chennai Metro Rail has engaged a joint venture of Aarvee Associates and Anarock Property Consultants to prepare a detailed project report for property development at Phase 2 stations in MVN Nagar, Nandanam, and Thousand Lights. The Rs. 41.87 lakh contract aims to enhance connectivity and commercial viability, with the final DPR expected by March. The MVN Nagar development will integrate seamlessly with the Thirumangalam Metro station.
